How to download a font and save it properly:

  1. Go to www.dafont.com
  2. Locate the font you want to download.
  3. Click on the “Download” button.
  4. Click “Save” on the Desktop.
  5. Minimize everything and find the font icon on the desktop
  6. Right click on the new icon and click Expand here.
  7. You will either see the .ttf file, or you will have to open a folder.
  8. Double click “My Computer”
  9. Double click on the “C” drive.
  10. Double click on Windows folder.
  11. Double click on Fonts folder
  12. Using right mouse button, drag .ttf file into Fonts folder and “move here”.
  13. Go back to desktop and delete the empty font trash you left there!
